Real Estate - Living Air Rental Options

Most jobs take one to two days to complete but variables to consider include:

_          Length of time problems have existed and penetrated surfaces

_          Number of dwelling floors (levels)

_          Open or closed heating/cooling systems (amount of air movement in building)

_          Square footage

_          Is the contamination still off-gasing or creating odors? 

(If so, maintenance units must be placed until source is eliminated)

Daily Rates

Day (1)  - may need multiple machines, as determined necessary by our FREE evaluation of the unit to be deodorized:

Note:  Day 2 through 6 rate applies for one machine.  Additional units are available at $10.00 per day, at customer=s request.  It should be noted that very seldom would more than one unit be required beyond day #1.

Weekly Rates

ONE MACHINE =  $200.00

NOTE: Additional units available at $50.00 per machine per week.  (Two units = $250.00 per week)

Agent Rates for use at  AOpen Houses@

$25.00 per day B Saturday or Sunday

ABOVE RATES INCLUDE:

_            Evaluation of the environment in question

_            Delivery & placement of unit(s) to achieve proper dial settings

_            Monitoring of progress while units are in place, as needed

_           Pick-up unit(s) upon completion of job

**  Up to $50.00 of the weekly or daily rate can be applied toward the purchase of the unit(s) in place!  (BEST DEAL)
